Brosem company is an abridgment of Bromo-Semeru since 2004 which produce the extract of apple. The problem that faced by Brosem company is the large number of apple extract companies in Batu, this makes the sales competition of this product more stringent, so that problem becomes a challenge for Brosem to compete in operating its production. It need suitable marketing strategy to improve the company competitiveness which way we need to identify the company external and internal factors that effected it. The method that used to analyze the company factors is SAP and ETOP analyze. The result shown that the marketing strategy which conducted by the company is Investment strategy, where the company position is in the SAVE position and the kind of business categorized as IDEAL business. The company can use the previous company’s strategy by fixing some company’s weakness and avoid or defend against the threat of other companies by creating a strategy which have more competitive.
