Abstract

Bengkel Purnama is one of the companies to make machine and tools home industry in Malang city. Condition of company is surrently experiencing produk is decrease. This can to see from decrease total sale produk from years to years. This situation is company nit yet marketing produk not great and still do not consider internal factors and external factors in formulating a strategy of primary pemasaran. Direction this study is to choose the right marketing strategy for Bengkel Purnama. The steps in this study first identifies the Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Theatment regarding the company’s marketing. Second, marketing strategy with a SWOT analysis, these three determine the company condition on the SWOT quadrant, and the fourth, to determine strategy quadrant elected by QSPM Matriks. From the SWOT quadrant is known that the company is in the quadrant that use ST strategy. ST strategy was chosen of 4 alternative strategy. QSPM Matriks obtained by using the first priority is to make social media an internet as marketing.
