Lack of production is a serious problem in every company. The problem is what happened in PT. ABADI BARINDO AUTOTECH. Lack of production was due to production plans that are not good and the number of defective products. As a result the company suffered losses because it can not meet customer demand. To overcome these problems need to be continuous improvement efforts. One of these improvement efforts is to use the Just In Time. Because by using Just In Time production companies can plan well and can control the product defect because of any defects, the product was not able to proceed. From the research that has been made, obtained data on the number of production in February 2010 - May 2010 does not comply with data requests so that there is a lack of production. From these data, the data processing is done by creating a production plan dive four months, the production plan is obtained from the sum of demand data with the allowed tolerance of the defective product from the company, after the production plan is known then the next step is to do the scheduling order of the process that aims to find out how time it takes to make one product. The next step is to determine the number of kanban. For Just In Time production system running properly, we will have to change the system with a push pull system. Then performed comparative advantage before and after using the Just In Time. After comparing the results obtained is before using the Just In Time Vendor a profit amounting to Rp 7,337,559,000 and after using Just In Time production system, the company earned a profit of Rp 7,367,995,500, so the excess profits gained by the company before and after using Just In Time is Rp7,367,995,500-7,337,559,000=Rp30,436,500 Keywords: Just In Time, Kanban, Pull Systems and Push System
