Abstract

PT. Panca Putera Cipta Perkasa (PPCP) is a company enganged in the distribution, rather Gresik cement distribution. Its headquarters are in Jombang, but to expand its marketing of PT. Panca Putera Cipta Perkasa (PPCP) to open branches in several cities in East Java. PPCP Blitar unit orders increased for several months and resulted in the demand exceeds the capacity of the existing warehouse, this is what will lead to the opening of a new warehouse for Blitar unit. One of the problem faced by the company they have not been able to determine which locations will be selected to build a new warehouse. The main objective of this study is to provide the right decision in determining the location of a new warehouse PPCP Blitar unit, thus determining the location of the proposed new warehouse is expected to be profitable for the company. Using Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting approach used to solve the problem of facility location selection for homo/heterogenous Group Decision-making (GDM). Do this rating’s by the respondents to the distribution warehouse siting criteria and rating of each alternative. From the data processing stage get alternative location with the highest scores to be used as warehouse distribution Gresik cement the new Territory is in the district Blitar Sanan Wetan (A3), exactly in Jl. Kalasan Bendogerit village, the weighted mean score of 91.0183 is the success rate of the alternative criteria for determining the location of warehouse distribution reaches 91.02%. Location Sanan Wetan critical criteria and rating of each alternative location as needed. It also has the advantage of subjective criteria such as strategic, good human resource availability, as well as the objective criteria that land prices are not too expensive and superior in proxmity to the consumer.
