Abstract
The objective of this paper is to provider additional evidence the correlation between investment opportunity set (IOS) and realized firm growth, to investigate an association between IOS and corporate financing, and dividend policies. Used as indicator such as MVA/BVA, MVE/BVE, PER, CAP/BVA, CAP/MVA. These variables are analized by common factor analysis for classification firm growth. Spearman’s Rank Correlation was employed to examine the correlation between IOS values and realized growth firm. The empirical studies showed that CPA/MVA positively correlation with assets realized growth. The growth firms have lower financing and have high dividend policies than non growth firms
