Abstract

Usage of manpower in industrial world in Indonesia, especially small industry, still very dominance. Movement flexibility is strong reason of manpower usage, especially for activity penaganan of material in manual ( Material Manual Handling). Tetappi activity MMH would be identified big ice as bone disease cause balakang ( Law Back Pain). Effect of handling of material that is enough is weight, position and job(activity posture that is is good not and repetition of high work. This research aim to identify and evaluates job(activity posture that is is safe not for human body and knows how influence between positions or worker job(activity posture with workplace for making worker knows in Tahu di IT.RDS, Singosari - Malang. Data collecting by studying field and interview to worker to get data wanted. Data is worker posture data covering brachium, forearm, wrist, neck, back and foot/feet to be done data processing by using method Rapid Upper Limb Assessment ( RULA). Output gotten in the form of category action level showing is job(activity posture done have been safe. From result of job(activity posture analysis based on RULA out of 24 job(activity postures there are 23 job(activity postures that is is safe not to all worker, hence job(activity posture that is is safe not is given by recommendation of repair proposal of job(activity method and auxiliaries scheme. And after applied by hence test result keergonomisan by using kuisioner nordic body map sigh of worker experiences change very to sigh felt. Research result done able to be made for input or worker input to determine job(activity posture at material manual activity handling. For company, result of research can be made as input to determine safe job(activity auxiliaries based on job(activity posture RULA. For worker, this research expected minimization cidera muscle able to at backbone as result of dynamic activity of manual material handling.
