Abstract

Supplier selection is an important focus consideration to increase efficiency in materials procurement department so it can keep down cost of procurement in view of materials cost could reach up to 70% from the cost of a finished product. Supplier selection is likely a complex multi criteria problem consist of both qualitative and quantitative factors. Those factors should be considered by PT. Petrokimia Gresik as comprehensive and objective final decision in supplier selection so it can reduce total cost of purchasing, total defect order, and delay of delivery while order allocation is realized and those are nowadays to be a complex problem and it tends to complicate for the decision maker in procurement department. There are lots of studies that could be applied to solve multi criteria supplier selection problems. In this paper, would like to attempt to apply Fuzzy-ANP study as supplier selection method in accordance with all criteria that determined by PT. Petrokimia Gresik. The result of Fuzzy-ANP is weight of supplier will be integrated with goal programming to determine order allocation in multi objective functions and multi period as a final decision to select supplier with consider all those factors entirely. This proposed order allocation model give the solution better than order allocation current model where it could reduce total cost of purchasing at Rp 1.060.640.000 to Rp 1.003.125.000 or in other words there is saving cost as 5.42%, increase value of purchasing at 440.2 to 606.5 or in other words it increase as 37.8%, reduce total delay of delivery at 157 ton to 147.25 ton or it reduce as 6.21% from the current actual model and minimize total defect order to keep controlled under the allowed limit.
