Abstract

Computers have a very big influence in education, with the help of computers we can create media that we can use as a support for learning. Until now computer-based learning media have been developed, unfortunately from some media that have been developed still has fundamental weaknesses such as lack of dynamic media, which means less media content can be further developed by media users. Though the content of the media does not always follow the manufacturer's initial setting of the media, one day there must be points that need to be changed to keep track of. By using Java, Adobe Flash, Macromedia Director, and ARCA media database will be created dynamically by having main advantages of media content can be changed as the user desires in the development of interactive mathematics learning in particular. The results of the development of learning in this study created a packaged media in the form of program packages that contain a variety of facilities including: Quiz Maker (makers about), Simulation (Simulator mathematics), Text To Voice (converting text into sound), and so forth. Once the program package is created, then tested the program package to the user, namely: teacher SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Batu, and participants PATI 2012 (Training Application and Information Technology, 2012). Tests conducted by the teacher presentation, followed the teacher tried programming packages. PATI Tests conducted with participants to test students with e-learning program package. The value assigned teachers to the program when it has finished the test, namely: the highest value of 8.6 in the simulation, and the lowest value of 7.8 on the program design (layout of buttons, the display program). Then 40% of teachers said the program is very helpful in learning, 40% of teachers said the program helps in learning, and 20% said the program is helpful in learning. The value assigned to the program participants PATI 2012 when it completed the e-learning are: the highest value of 8.5 in the simulation, and the lowest value of 7.5 in the design part of the program (staining). Then 61.9% of students said the program was very helpful in teaching, 33.3% of students said the program helps in learning, and 4.76% of students said that the program is helpful in learning. Lessons learned in this study is, with the help of simulations especially mathematical simulations, can help the process of learning, especially mathematics, as evidenced by the values given teachers and students is very high on the simulation menu, in addition to teachers and students responded positively to the program. other than in terms of media content, and dynamic media, other things to consider in making the media is the design of display media. Evident from the experiments performed the given value is low, it can be said media users are also demanding an interesting display program.
