Abstract

In general,the AC induction motor rotor cagety speed controls very difficult. In this study of the comparative performance of the induction motor by using Direct Torque Control (DTC) and Induction motors without control DTC are analyzed and simulated using software MATLAB7.10.0.499 (R2010a). Torsi methodis used as a motor speed controller,switching IGBT for switching on/of and induction motor AC types of rotor cage.Simulations were performed using MATLAB Simulink program results show that the AC induction motor speed response is better than no DTC.
