Abstract

Number of patients with Diabetes Mellitus increases from year to year , particularly people with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus because the disease developed because human lifestyles of today is not healthy . Patients with the disease usually do not realize that suffer from Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus . In this thesis , made a decision support system to determine disease control of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Consensus decision based on the results of Perkeni 2011 by using fuzzy logic method mamdani parameters used when a patient's blood sugar to be converted into HbA1c levels. The HbA1c parameters that will be used in the formation of fuzzy sets. Fuzzy set that will be processed by Mamdani method resulting in a decision. Designed applications have been tested and the results are in accordance with the treatment algorithm Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 based on the results of Perkeni 2011. Generally netbeans java based application can be used as an aid in determining the management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
