Abstract

This study aims to obtain measures of conceptual-based cooperative learning scripts that can improve student learning outcomes math class VII-C SMP Muhammadiyah 06 Dau. In this research, a classroom action research using a qualitative approach with a model of CS on the matter of learning the triangle angle measurements carried out in 2 cycles. Each action consists of three sessions. Two meetings are used to study the matter and a meeting for final testing. The research was conducted on 8 April to 11 May 2010 on the second semester 2010-2011 academic year VII-C class SMP Muhammadiyah 06 Dau. The subjects in this study were junior high school students Muhammadiyah 06 Dau VII-C class which numbered 28 students. The instrument used was the observation sheet and test questions. Data collection techniques done by observation and provide a test. The results of these studies show that measures the CS-based conceptual learning that can improve student learning outcomes at the material point of the triangle measurements showed an increase in activity and student learning outcomes. Student activity in the cycle I reached the percentage of 78.71%, then the second cycle increased to 88.03%. The results of student learning based on observation also increased, namely 71.43% in cycle I to 85.71% in cycle II. In addition, based on test results obtained have been conducted on student learning outcomes data that reached 85.71%. The percentage mean that the level of success of the action on the second cycle has hit its target of > 75% completeness classical and very well categorized. So the study was stopped in cycle II because it has reached the target exhaustiveness classical.
