Abstract

Availability of large amounts of electric energy industry is the need to produce goods, to meet the needs of the industrial electrical load it is necessary to pay attention to energy efficiency. To produce a good quality power should consider several factors that must be met, namely power losses (losses) voltage drop, load capacity conductors and electrical energy improvement efforts. Issues discussed in this thesis is about the performance of the power system in PT.PG Rajawali Baru I Unit PG.Krebet II Malang and data used in the milling season in 2012 and to determine the value of active and reactive power, losses values, values drop voltage, load capacity and improvement efforts losses conductor and voltage drop. Wearing a Power World Simulator software for knowing losses and voltage drop while to process data value losses and voltage drop analysis using Microsoft Excel. Of Power World Simulator software contained active power losses (P), the largest is 2.58 kW load on bus 13 (Huggluns) series 2 with percentage losses in the amount of 0.405% and the smallest is equal to 52.7 kW load at bus 12 (Compress) series 1 with percentage losses amounting to 0.019%. Value of the voltage drop on the series 1 and 2 of the most high at 0.378 kV initial voltage of 0.380 kV with a percentage of 0.53% voltage drop.
