Abstract

Along with the development of technology that integrates an analog system can be used as a PID-based control system programmed. The experts have designed an electronic instrument chip technology HDL (Hardware Description Language). Chip FPAA (Field Programmable Analog Array) in which planted an analog circuit (resistors, capacitors and Op-Amp) that can be programmed. See the completeness of this chip, very supportive in making the PID-based control system. As an application of DC to DC converter system as a source of DC voltage at high voltage motors. DC motor speed control has the convenience of the AC motor control. PID control can be used in a DC motor speed control using a high voltage DC to DC converters. Given the DC motors have high starting torque, so it is suitable to be applied on wood splitting machine, it is generally unaffected pemotorngan speed on the level of violence that cut timber object, so it will affect the quality and the cleavage. At this final planned a DC motor speed control device with DC to DC converters PID control equipped as double safe wood splitting (search coil and sensor start-end) HDL-based FPAA technology.
