For a high rise building, shearwall no longer efficient because shearwall dimension which required would be large, bending moment and shear force should be detained becomes largest. Stiffness and structure strength would be increase using belt truss. Belt truss is a truss structure placed around outer building. In a calculation process using structure analysis software. Analysis conducted on several building models using some variation structure type of earthquake resistant and placement variation of belt truss. In horizontal load used equivalent static of earthquake load which calculate based on regulation. According to analysis can be concluded is variation 8th model have best belt truss placement in 12th floor, 8th floor and 4th with desplasment percentage 52,3%. Maximum moment and maximum shear force in foot column generally reduced average almost 50% even in 3rd model only have 2 shearwall more effective to reducing maximum moment and maximum shear force, due to structure model used belt truss, column become buffer belt truss deflection causes maximum moment and maximum shear force on foot column become slightly more larger than 3rd model.
