Abstract

Signalized intersection performance Jln. Ir.H.M.Noor - Jln. Simpang Stadion - Jln. Amrik in Tanjung City South Borneo, is a t-cross in a city area that makes connection for three provinces. Jln. Ir.H.M.Noor has 2 way and 4 line, and also has board 24 metres and long 6 kilometres it is asymmetrical intersection distances for ± 72 metres. It is being connection for Jln. Ir.H.M.Noor to Jln. Simpang Stadion and Jln. Ir.H.M.Noor to Jln. Amrik. In this condition, carriage activities makes trouble in a croos. It was causes by the traffic street and it makes carriage's queue up for 100 metres in Jln. Amrik. This study purpose is to know about the level of worked of traffic light on 2010, and time for 5 years later (2015). The evaluation of worked based on Indonesia Highway capacity Manual in 1997, that published by Direktorat Jenderal Bina Marga. The data have been collected by survey and manual quotation on 1st of November 2010 for a week, 12 hours and with time?s interval 15 minutes. Signalized intersection performance Jln. Ir.H.M.Noor - Jln. Simpang Stadion - Jln. Amrik in this time (2010) shown with the maximum degree of saturation on the western approach (DS) 1,245 with queue up (QL) as long as 302,50 metres. As for the condition 5 years later (2015) estimated the maximum degree of saturation on the western approach (DS) 0,859 with queue up as long as (QL) 110,97 metres.
