Abstract

This research is motivated by the conditions of competition in the business world that is increasingly tight. Many companies started to think hard on the strategy in defending its existence. The most important factor that should be developed in the face of such competition is the human resources to be able to produce optimal performance. The formulation of the problem of this research is "How corporate culture, leadership, level of motivation, and employee performance Kusuma Agrowisata and how they affect employee performance Kusuma Agrowisata ?". The purpose of this study are to describe the corporate culture and leadership are applied, and the level of work motivation and performance of employees. And analyze the effect of corporate culture, leadership, and motivation on employee performance Kusuma Agrowisata. In this study, data were collected through questionnaire to the 110 respondents who are employees Kusuma Agrowisata using proportional stratified random sampling method to determine respondents to each variable. the technique hypothesis test is used in this research is the analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated with AMOS program. Before analyzing data, the first process is transformation ordinal data into interval data and then continued with validity and reliability test. The results of the analysis found that variables corporate culture, leadership, and work motivation are positive and significant take effect on employee performance. Testing the hypothesis by analyzing the value of Critical Ratio (CR) > 1,96 and the Probability (P) < 0,05 indicates that the three variables significantly affect the performance of employees. Then, from the effect test is known that the direct effect of corporate culture on employee performance Kusuma Agrowisata that is equal to 0,72 is higher than the direct effect of leadership that is equal to 0,153 on employee performance Kusuma Agrowisata.
