Abstract

Target of this research is: (1). To know relation between satisfaction of consumer at the price of, location, product, promotion, service, place physical, place atmosphere and work type in purchasing of requirement of food in traditional market and modern market. (2).To knowing factors influencing consumer in purchasing of requirement of household food in traditional market and modern market. (3). To know difference of factors becoming consideration of consumer in purchasing of requirement of household food in traditional market and modern market Research done in Malang town, that is modern market of Carrefour, in traditional market of Merjosari. Determination of research area done intentionally (purposive). Determination of research sample done incidentally (sampling accidental) where involuntary whosoever meet in place research hence can be made as sample. Amount of visitor of market quite a lot so that [do] not counted its amount, hence used sample 174 where is a market counted 87 sample. Data which used in this research is primary data and of sekunder. Data collecting of primary done with direct interview method to buyer. While data of sekunder is collected data and compiled by obtained other party of related/relevant institute or institution or contained bibliography at bibliography. Research method the used is, for behavioral analysis by using Coefficient Contingensi (C), analyses factor, and different test. From result of research known that nothing relation between satisfaction of purchasing at the price of, location, product, promotion, service, place physical, place atmosphere, and work type in purchasing of requirement of food in traditional market of Merjosari and modern market of Carrefour. Factors influencing behavior of consumer in purchasing of requirement of food in traditional market of Merjosari and modern market of Carrefour is factor of reached, satisfaction of consumer, location, promotion, service, guaranted well, place physical, price, and place atmosphere. There is difference of factors considered by market consumer of Merjosari and of Carrefour. traditional Consumer Market of Merjosari more doing consideration in decision of purchasing compared to modern market consumer of Carrefour.
