Many trees can be herb potion. It’s market potency for herb industry in Indonesian. Sales turnover of herb potion in Indonesia also be increase. It is show that herb industry have a good prospect. Every industry are need to make financial analyze, to know the real benefit with time value of money. The purpose of this research are to know Expediency of Dayang Sumbi’s herb business from financial aspect, Sensitivity of Dayang Sumbi’s herb business if happened of change at product price and production cost, Factors influencing consumer to buy Dayang Sumbi’s herb. The research was conducted at Desa Sambilawang, Kecamatan Dlanggu, Kabupaten Mojokerto, Provinsi Jawa Timur. The method used was primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained through interview with owner of Dayang Sumbi company and giving questionnaires to consumers Dayang Sumbi’s herb. Secondary data obtained from literature, scientific writing, mass media, internet, and the Dayang Sumbi company. Quantitative analysis is done to analyze the Dayang Sumbi company’s financial herb business with investment criteria, specifically yaitu Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net B/C Ratio, Payback Period (PP) dan sensitivity. Method of data analysis to the marketing aspect is done with descriptive quantitative. Analysis is done marketing mix by looking consumers behavior towards Dayang Sumbi’s herb. Based on the results of a financial analysis; obtained NPV is Rp.6,131,167,362, -, IRR of 127 percent which is greater than the determined interest rate (12%), Net B / C ratio is 17.616, PP 3rd year which means businesses can recover investment costs incurred in 3 year. The results of a financial analysis shows that the herb business on Dayang Sumbi’s company is financially viable. The sensitivity analysis showed that the increase in operating and maintenance costs by 134.22 percent can cause NPV to 0 and a decrease of 53.56 percent benefit can cause NPV to 0. Factors that affect consumers in the purchase of Dayang Sumbi herb is promotion, convenience, affordability and efficacy information. The most influential factor is the promotion factor.
