Abstract

Concentration of CO2, CH4, SO2 and Nox can capture the sun's heat radiation, causing the greenhouse effect. While CH4 lot of organic waste generated at the Landfill. CH4 itself has the ability capture 21 times the sun's heat radiation than CO2. to reduce the above problems it is necessary flaring system to use the methane capture machine. In the methane capture machine have a demister, demister functioned for pumping and separating water from entering CH4 Panel Flare. But methane gas mower type GTS-CF-ECO-0 bv Netherlands installed in the landfill Supit Urang often failed because the ignition combustion particles wet by water. To eliminate water-borne particles before entering the flare panel then needed a demister and an additional separator using centrifugal cyclone. AT Mega 8535 micro controller is used as a control system from multiple sensors that are used as input data reference, the second sensor is a humidity sensor type and the HSM 20-G-type gas sensor Figaro 813. Furthermore, the micro controller will execute with dc motor drives the separator tube.
