Analysis result knowable that service user profile futsal knowable that a large part has job student/ student university, income level rp. 500.000, rp. 999.999, , aged 21 30 year, s/stm/vocational graduate education level and 3 times until 4 times plays futsal in 1 month. factors that be consumer deliberation in determine location futsal that is cover cost/ price, place location futsal, complete facilities availability and income. elasticity calculation result knowable that in futsal at champion futsal Malang in the year 2007/2008 happen in elastic by request of arena users futsal for morning time and afternoon. as to to year 2009/2010 knowable that request level elasticity level arena users futsal that is enter in elastic category.
