Purpose of this research is to understand about effectiveness level of retribution market management just than with potential market and aspects of retribution market management that include administration aspect and usage result aspect. Analysis technique that used for this research that is calculate effectiveness ratio use acceptance realization ratio of market retribution and acceptance target of market retribution. Result of the research prove that effectiveness level acceptance of market retribution in Pasar Besar Malang City can called effective, however when just than potential of Pasar Besar Malang City, market retribution determining target still lower that acceptance potential market retribution of Pasar Besar Malang City. Management that include administration aspect can called enough effective, whereas usage result aspect still not good for service user in Pasar Besar Malang City.
