The purpose of research is to analyze the financial performance of local governments, rather than the Banjar District Government 2007 - 2011, which can evaluate the performance during the period with respect and as an input and consideration in improving financial performance can be utilized to increase significant government activities and development that can be perceived by the public. This research method using local analysis of financial independence, which is where if more than 100% is quite good, but the results of which are owned by the Government of Banjar Kabupaten still the range 0.00 - 20.00 % or so have not been good at vulnerable times from 2007 to 2011, and use the analysis effectiveness and efficiency at which PAD effectiveness said to be very effective when more than 100 %, but inversely proportional to the efficiency of the said to be efficient if it is less than 100%, the Banjar regency government, said to be very effective level of effectiveness and the efficiency levels be quite efficient or the range 40 , 10 to 70.00 %. While the analysis of the growth is quite good when the percentage reaches 76-100 %, Banjar District Government on the vulnerable period 2007-2011 said to be low or the range of 39-24 %.
