Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the practice of IFR disclosure and to examine the influence of IFR index and the level of disclosure of information on the website to stock trading frequency in companies that have a highest stock frequency. The population in this study is a listed company on the Indonesian stock exchanges. The samples in this study were 50 companies incorporated in the most active stocks by trading frequency or the 50 companies that have the highest stock frequency. Multiple linear regression was used to determine the effect of IFR disclosure index and the level of disclosure of information on the website to the stock frequency. The results of this study are IFR index and the level of information disclosure website simultaneously affect stock frequency. But the influential IFR index partially are marginal to frequency and level of stock trading and information disclosure website does not affect the frequency of stock trading.
