The goal of this study is to describe leadership model which be developed headmaster of SD Muhamamdiyah 4 Malang to develop education quality. Beside that, it also expresses somereasons what based choosing of leadership model which be developed and effect of leadership model to developing education model in their school. This study use quality approach. Data of study was collected by interview technique, observation and documentation. The informants in this study are Headmaster of SD Muhamamdiyah 4 Malang, teachers of SD Muhamamdiyah 4 Malang and students of SD Muhamamdiyah 4 Malang. Choosing of SD Muhamamdiyah 4 Malang as study setting based on the issued that this school have fast development with some performance that achieved. Beside that the data analysis use qualitative data analysis model by interactive analysis technique. The study result show that headmaster of SD Muhamamdiyah 4 Malang if it is seen based on some view use different leadership model, that are following: 1. Powering view use democracy leadership; 2. Behavior view use transformational leadership; 3. Future view use visionary leadership; and 4. Timing view apply situational leadership. Using of some leadership model are purposed to realize mission and perspective of school. Effect of leadership model is seen of developing of education quality in this school that some increasing of teacher performance, created of discipline culture and headmaster gives good examples.
