Abstract

Intention of this research is to describe of internal control system at function remuneration of labor of outsourcing applied in company of outsourcing. In this research use comparability analysis, that is comparing result of research with existing theory. Such analysis covers organization chart analysis, authority system and remuneration procedure, healthy practice at execution of duty and its function, and also clarify recruitment of employees matching with its quality at PT Sanggraha Result of analysis which have been done at PT Sanggraha is internal control system at remuneration function have as according to internal control elements. Without existence of germinating of duty, employees rotation to avoid deviation and fraudulence in calculation of remuneration, and also experience level and also education is which especially part of remuneration. For clarification of recruitment of employees of PT Sanggraha that matching with its quality especially at part of remuneration is less experience, but from facet education of employees have fulfilled criterion. But with existence of training can upgrade employees in running its duty. In running its duty every employees is expected more improving of knowledge and also insight so that target of company can reach. Suggestion which try to be given by writer which possible good for company for the repair and progress of PT Sanggraha theoretically and conceptual is data input moment, can innovate by fingerprint scanning and not again with input manually by each employees to avoid indication of existence of employees fraudulence, like for example changing over shift without there is permission of direct supervision. Besides, writer suggests usage of system of pay of e-payment, which has been done by other company. With company e-banking can transfer employees salary effectively and efficient.
