Abstract

This research is a descriptive study with survey methods. The title of this research is "Analysis of the Factors In Consumer Considerations In Buying Cars Toyota Kijang in Malang". Based on the background and formulation instead, the study aims; 1. To determine the factors considered in the purchase of Toyota Kijang car in the city of Malang. 2. To determine the factors that most consider the purchase of Toyota Kijang car in the city of Malang. Techniques of data analysis in this study using factor analysis. Based on our research and discussions it can be concluded that: 1 The factors that consumers consider the purchase of Toyota Kijang car in the city of Malang is a factor; after-sale warranty, maintenance, products, operations, suggestions. 2. After-sales warranty factor, is the most considered factor in consumer buying Toyota Kijang car in the city of Malang. This is because these factors had eigen values 3, 143 and has the largest proportion of the total diversity of 19.643.
