Abstract
substation reliability is needed parameter record of indicator which shown by substation component and outage record. Implementation Management of Information System for Substation Operation which base J2ME (JavaTM Micro Edition) platform on client side and Aphace Tomcat web server on server side give more assist on collecting and processing operation data more effective and efficient so can show statistic of substation operation. Within the statistic, reliability of substation and power system can be observe and then increase the reliability.
