In the fact, time for teaching and learning is not enough so much in the class, so the teacher only teach to achieve the target and completeness material teaching whereas completeness or students’ comprehension is less attention. Moreover, the students don’t exercise to do the test items which one of the causes of why the mathematic mark is lower than other subjects. Therefore, the teacher seldom gives test items and discusses them because of time limitation. He needs to expand the various teaching method and sets of teaching toll for supporting the teaching learning activity. So, the teaching target and students‘comprehension is achieved. Mobile learning is one of the learning medias that mostly is developed. And WAPsite is one of the mobile learning for learning alternative. WAPsite is a web developed and adapted for mobile so it can be accessed with handphone which has WAP facility exactly. Through this facility, we can access the various information. Furthermore, it can be developed for mathematic learning base on the WAPsite. The purpose of this research was to know how to make learning media of mathematic online with WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) for senior high school. And the descriptive method was used in this research by explaining the steps of learning medias online through WAP and supporting software that is used in making process. Kesimpulan dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah bahwa pembuatan media pembelajaran matematika melalui WAP menggunakan bahasa pemorgraman WML dan PHP serta MySQL sebagai penyimpanan data dan Photoshop 7.0 sebagai pengolah gambar. Selain itu pembuatan media pembelajaran ini melalui lima tahapan, yaitu Merancang desain alur aplikasi, merancang database dan tabel-tabel yang diperlukan dalam sistem, membuat program koneksi, membuat tampilan dari setiap halaman, tahap terakhir adalah Output atau hasil berupa media belajar matematika online melalui WAP. Finally, the conclusion is the making of mathematic learning medias through WAP used WML program, PHP and MySQL as the data saving and photoshop 7.0 as the picture design. Therefore, it is through 5 steps as follows designing application stream,designing the database and tables needed on system, making the conection program, making each of the page display, the last step is output or result of the mathematic learning media online through WAP.
