Literary works reveal about the various problems of human life as social beings. In the social life of men and women are always interacting that these interactions sometimes lead to injustice, it is regarded as something normal, but its impact is less good for women's lives. Women experiencing unfair treatment. Fang Lan Lelakon novel works reveal the problems of gender inequality experienced by women. Based on this fact, the researcher seeks to study. The problem of research include: (1) How is the manifestation of gender inequality in the Lan Fang novel Lelakon works in terms of women's work through the author's narration?, (2) How is the manifestation of gender inequality in the Lan Fang novel Lelakon works in terms of workload of women through narration the author? , (3) How is the manifestation of gender inequality in the Lan Fang novel Lelakon works in terms of violence against women through the author's narration?, and (4) How is the manifestation of gender inequality in the Lan Fang novel Lelakon works in terms of the marginalization of women through the author's narration? The method used in this study is a qualitative sociological approach to literary analysis. Sources of data in this study were divided into two primary data sources in the form of the novel "Lelakon" by Lan Fang and secondary data sources which include papers or articles and research results in the form of theses, as well as papers, books, and articles that have relevance to the problem research. Data collection techniques used in this study is documentation and data analysis techniques using heuristic and hermeneutic reading techniques. Results of research in novel Lelakon by Lan Fang works include: (1) in respect of employment, women get second place after the men. Women have a larger area of domestic work in the public domain. (2) the workload received by women have resulted in women's double burden that women must work in the domestic sphere and in public areas. (3) violence experienced by women in the novel Lelakon includes emotional abuse, physical violence, and sexual violence. (4) women have been marginalized because of the role of women is associated with the inherent labeling so that work outside the home is always associated with a job to serve.
