Quality of health service carried out by many health institutions of approximant always can gratify patient. Quality of health service usually refers to hospital ability, gives service of matching with health profession standard and acceptable by its the patient. Perception is processing giving of meaning or assessment to stimulus. Quality of health service is level of excellence expected and operation to the excellence to fulfill cutomer client desire. Intention of this research to know perception quality of health service in hospital. This research is research of non experiment, because researcher doesn't control directly its(the independent variable. Population in this research is patient takes care of staying with pain Wava Husada Kepanjen. This research sample is patient takes care of lodging hospital Wava Husada Kepanjen which amounts to 50 subjects. As for sampling technique applied is purposive sampling. Data collecting method applied in this research applies scale, that is scale quality of health service. As for data analysis technique applied is descriptive statistic technique.Dui analysis result obtained, knowable that there is negative and also positive perception at elements quality of health service. Elements perception is positive is technical interest equal to 68%, access to service equal to 70%, affectivity equal to 62% and the relation of between human equal to 82%. While elements perception by negativity is efficiency equal to 46%, continuity of service equal to 32%, security and safety equal to 44% and comfort equal to 42%.
