Internal media played important ole in internal public life. There also with Pamekasan Residence Government which used internal media consisted of Fokus magazine as communication media of Pamekasan Residence Government to Civil Employee as their internal public. The media also apply mass media function. They are information, education, and entertainment. The research aimed to find relation between internal media usage with information fulfillment in Government employee. The research used quantitative approach with survey method and explanative research kind. Population was all Civil Employee in Pamekasan Residence consisted of 9.178 people. The samples was 100 people where sampling technique used probability sampling with random sampling technique. The independent variable were internal media and the dependent variablewas information fulfillment. Data collection technique used questionnaire processed using coefficient correlation product moment Karl Pearson statistic test. The result stated that thee was relation between internal media usage with information fulfillment of government officer. There found r count larger than r table, which was 0.803 > 0.195 and t count larger than t table, that was 13.331 > 1.685, so that there was significant positive relation with correlation coefficient categorization “very strong”. There hoped that all parties related with Fokus magazine to increase information and news value so that Pamekasan Residence Government Officer had more interest to use Fokus internal media.
