Research type which do is research of survey, where researcher observation in data collecting at company of Sawmill Of Marmer & Crafting Of Stone of Onyx " UD. Sello Natah" of Jl.Raya Popoh RT.04 RW. 01 Ds. Pelem Kec. Campurdarat Tulungagung with research title that is: " Influence Of Compensation To Performance Employees Part Of Production at Company in UD. Selo Natah Tulungagung". Target of this research is to know giving compensation of financial and non financial and also employees performance of production in UD. Sello Natah Tulungagung. To know do compensation of financial and nonfinancial have influence which significant to employees performance part of production UD. Sello Natah Tulungagung and variable is which are is stronger which influence to employees performance part of production in UD. Sello Natah Tulungagung. As for usefulness of research which wish to be reached specially to company that is can assist to give picture about influence giving of compensation to employees performance able to be used as consideration and input to side in charge of in decision making. Analyzer which used in this research that is by using spanning and scale of doubled regresi linear. Pursuant to result of calculation of mean span scale scored a point equal to 157,5 meaning that compensation of financial passed to employees part of production in UD. Sello Natah Tulungagung enter in good category. While for mean span compensation variable scale of non financial scored a point equal to 146,25 which enter in good category. For the performance of employees obtained result of equal to 163,5 meaning that employees performance part of production at UD. Sello Natah Tulungagung enter in high category. From result test of F can know that compensation of financial and non financial by together have influence which is significant to performance employees part of production UD. Sello Natah Tulungagung. Pursuant to coefficient of regresi each can know that compensation variable of finansial have influence of larger ones to performance employees part of production UD. Some passed to suggestion is company that is expected company side to be more pay attention of compensation of financial given by employees, mentioned because of compensation of financial have influence of larger ones to employees performance.
