Abstract
Title: "Performance Analysis Financial Ratio Banjarbaru City Regional South Borneo." (Muhammad Ridho Alkaff , Setu Setyawan, Drs. MM, Ihyaul Ulum, Se., M. Si) Research goal is to measure how the development of the financial performance of Banjarbaru City area for five years from 2003-2007. Analysis tool used is the ratio of local finances from the budget that consists of, Independence Ratio to measure the level of financial capability in the region with the level of financing assistance from the central and provincial income compared to the original area, effectiveness and efficiency ratio to measure the ability of the local government in which the PAD planned to measure the level of funds and a levy issued in PAD is efficient, Summary Ratio (DSCR) to measure the level of debt repayment and the level of opportunities in the debt back, Ratio to measure the growth rate in the local government's ability to maintain and enhance economic growth, to measure the contribution ratio of how level of contribution to revenues in the PAD components. Results from the analysis of Independence Ratio of a five-year self-sufficient in the management of the financial year 2003 and even though 2005 experienced a decline in performance but still normal limit, Effectiveness and Efficiency Ratio for five years is quite effective in the PAD based on the real potential of regional and efficient enough money is spent in income compared to glean PAD , Activity Ratio (DSCR) is very good because the local government does not make loans out of area, growth ratio, the level of performance for five years is quite good because of very rapid growth rate, contribution ratio, the level of contribution to revenues in the PAD components for five years is quite good over 70%. So the performance of financial Banjarbaru City area for five years is quite good. Thus the ratio calculations can see financial performance
