The use of alcoholic beverages is one form of juvenile delinquency which now common in students who are still classified as a teenager. Many factors could cause the individuals involved with alcohol problems. This study aims to assist students in solving problems they face, which involved the use of alcoholic beverages. The method used to help such students is a method of group counseling. In collecting data, researchers used the method in this research is interview and observation and counseling groups. Besides using the 3 methods, the researchers also use one tool psychological tests, namely the graphics test, where the function test is to understand the personality characteristics of individuals through the aspects of cognition, emotion and socialization. Type of research is qualitative research, where researchers attempt to describe systematically the data obtained from interviews, observation, psychological testing, and counseling groups. The subjects were 7 people Madarasah student Aliyah Al-Hidayah Donowarih Karangploso Malang. The study was conducted from 31 January to 20 March 2005 From the research result shows that student involvement with alcoholic beverages can be caused by several factors, namely: (a) From personal factors, among others, the intention to try that arise from the individual's own, personal conflicts that occur within the individual self (pressure- the pressures of life, feelings of depression and frustration), the same personality characteristics, behavioral escape reaction or action to escape from a problem which is the compensation insecurity or anxiety caused by depression and frustration, (b) family factors, among others, the subject of individuation or the desire to separated from the family environment, due to conditions that are less harmonious family, and make the child feel uncomfortable at home, lack of control, attention, and communication of the family, especially from parents, (c) Environmental factors such as the influence / call friends to use alcohol, conducted to obtain pleasure and as a symbol of adolescent socialization media, behavioral cues from their surroundings, the impact of globalization and mass media. And by using the guidance of the group, the researchers obtained positive results in the form of changes in the behavior of the subject that is a sign of the success of this method as one method to prevent and correct behavior related to the problem of juvenile delinquency.
