Abstract
Boredom is a suau working conditions arising from the reaction of a monotonous atmosphere because of the lack of variety in work. Boredom is also concerned about the physical fatigue experienced by the workload that is too high. This research is descriptive research that aims to identify the factors that affect the boredom of working in roomboy Purnama Hotel and Resort in Batu Malang. Where in this study tried to reveal the problems faced with how to describe or characterize the state of research subjects based on the facts that appear and also describe the symptoms that occur as data or as a fact as it is. From the results of research conducted, it can be seen that the actual factors that influence the boredom of working in roomboy at Purnama Hotel and Resort, Batu Malang, the first is a personal factor, then the second factor is the factor of the atmosphere or organizational climate, and the third factor is the factor concerning the prospects for the future.
