Every individual has the endurance in the face of the problem (Resilience), which is different. Individuals who have a high resilience will tend to avoid the stress, but those with low resilience will be vulnerable to stress resulting in negative changes. One of the factors that influence resilience are family. Parents who provide fulfillment of needs, especially the need for love, it will help children, especially adolescents in facing the challenges in her life. Teens in desperate need of parental affection, because in this period adolescents experience conflict, whether that comes from within individuals and that come from outside the individual self. This study aims to examine the relationship between the fulfillment of love needs to resilience in adolescents. The hypothesis put forward is a link between the fulfillment of love needs to resilience in adolescents. The subjects were students of SMU I Sukosari many as 98 people selected by cluster random sampling technique. The method using 2-scale data collection that is Valentines Needs Fulfillment Scale Of Parents and Resilience Scale. Test the validity of the items using product moment technique and reliability using alpha techniques. Analysis using product moment correlation technique and obtained r = 0.627 and r = 0.195 in the table significant level of 5%. From the results of these calculations, the working hypothesis in this study can be accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there was a significant relationship between the fulfillment of love needs to resilience in adolescents. The more the fulfillment of love from their parents, the higher resilience are recognized. Therefore, parents need to meet the needs of affection on his children, especially teenagers so they have a high resilience.
