From the data Lung Hospital Medical Record Stone got the last two years the number of patients treatment failure is high. For the period January 2004 to January 2005, of the total 430 lung tuberculosis patients seeking treatment, treatment dropout rates / drop out rate reached 152 people, which means approximately 35%. Though the impact due to end treatment is half dead and half without being able to recover from chronic drug resistance and heal itself because good body immunity. Lung tuberculosis treatment period is relatively long, causing a lot of lung tuberculosis treatment failure rate is determined by the non-compliance of patients in treatment. Though the impact of noncompliance in physiology is half dead and the other half shared between chronic can not recover because of drug resistance and immune recovery as well. But the more dangerous the more complex psychological conditions because of recurrence of lung tuberculosis disease. In this study researchers used a qualitative descriptive method which means that describe or depict data - data collected in the form of words - words, the observations, as well as information - information derived from interviews, observation and field notes are available. Non-statistical analysis according to the descriptive data were analyzed based on content is called content analysis. The data has been obtained as the result of observation, interviews and documents - all documents concerning the patient's condition is collected and processed and analyzed for complement each other. Based on the results of data analysis that described the psychological impact of patients in Hospital Batu Lung quite high. The psychological impact is the stress, disappointment, anxiety, confusion, regret, often angry or rising emotion.
