Abstract

On the framework to found Indonesia to get more progress especially in employee area, the government is giving some help to save the rights of employee from work accident which is happen on they work. Although, the efforts to save the safety and the prosperity of employee and their family, the government Undang-Undang Nomor 3 Tahun 1992 about JAMSOSTEK. In this research takes the statement problem: 1. How the implementation of distribution work accident insurance which on the Undang-Undang Nomor 3 Tahun 1992 about JAMSOSTEK especialy work accident in PT. Rira Indonesia Mojokerto? 2. What are the elements that become the supporting or the obstcle of company to efforts the implementation of work accident insurance? In this research, the researcher use the juridical-sosiological approach. The researcher choose the location of the research in PT. Rira Indonesia Mojokerto. The source of the researcher’s data cover the source of the primary and the secondary data. In the data collection, the researcher use the interview methode and the documentation of the law. While for the analysis of the data, the researcher use descriptive qualitative methode. The results of the research could be known of the implementation of work accident insurance in PT. Rira Indonesia Mojokerto is quite good, because the implementation they obey to government rule that is Undang-Undang Nomor 3 Tahun 1992 about JAMSOSTEK. But, there is the obstacle on the implemented, which come from the company or the employee. The obstacle that appear from the company is there is some mistakes from the company to convey the employee data’s to caretaker institution and employee department which related to JAMSOSTEK program. In other side, from employee is many employees which not understand about JAMSOSTEK program in generally and the Work Accident Guarantie program in specially.
