Anxiety is a natural thing experienced by every person. However, if the level of anxiety experienced by a person who is located in the category has a high level of anxiety that it will be very disturbing and should be carefully tackle. Moreover, if the anxiety is experienced by children who are still in progress, it gets very annoying very biased even inhibit their development. Many factors that cause the child to experience high anxiety This study aims to assist students in solving problems they face, namely their high levels of anxiety. The method used to help students is by providing relaxation therapy and group counseling methods. In collecting data, researchers used the method in this research is interview and observation and counseling groups. Besides using the 3 methods, the researchers also use one tool psychological tests, namely tests TMAS, where the function test is to determine the level of anxiety experienced by the subjects. This type of research conducted is qualitative research, where researchers attempt to describe systematically the data obtained from interviews, observation, psychological testing, and counseling groups. The subjects were 7 people Madrasah students Tsanawiyah Malang I. The study was conducted from 21 September 2005 to 20 March 2006. From the results of research in the know that the high anxiety level in the subject naturally caused by external factors and factors of self subjects within the subject itself. Factor from outside themselves the subject of such a situation that is supportive to the subject to feel anxious, etc. while the factors from within the subject itself is the lack of confidence which is owned subject etc.. And with the gift of relaxation therapy and counseling groups, researchers obtained a positive result is a decreased level of anxiety experienced by subjects based on test results TMAS.
