Abstract

Beam-column is a structural element that get the axial load and normal force simultaneously. Beam-column can not be categorized as a beam or column respectively, because these structural elements have kombinasai loading which is usually obtained by the beams and columns independently. Research Beam-column uses the dimensions of width 100 mm, height 150 mm, 1200 mm span length, concrete cover 20 mm, with vertical shear reinforcement distance 78.648 mm, the principal used to reinforcement ø 8 mm with a tensile strength fy = 180 MPa, reinforcement ø 4 mm with a shear tensile strength fy = 220 MPa. All specimens are modeled with "Buckingham's Theorm". The amounts given in the form of Beam-column normal force (H) with 3 variations of the variations I amounting to 500 kg, variation II of 1000 kg and 1500 kg of variation III, as well as vertical loading (P) given up to the limits of the beam-column , with the addition of multiples of 50 Kg load. From the results, the deflection for variation I of 0.0091 m, variation II at 0.0112 m, the third variation of 0.0079 m, the moment generated KNM variation I of 5.0891, at 7.4307 KNM II variation, variation III amounted to 7.1249 KNM, eccentricity for variation I of 1.0178 m, the variation of 0.7431 m II, III variation of 0.4749 m, and obtained stiffness variation I of 279.6208 KNM / rad, variation II at 331 , 7277 KNM / rad, variation III at 450.9430 KNM / rad. Type of collapse that occurred for all the variations of tension failure, also showed that the ratio of H and P is the ratio 1:1,85 best in variation III.
