Increased productivityrealated very labor, raw materials, if in carrying out activities to consider the quality of their productivity and quality of what’s in kuantity to get mor leverage and efficient. There fore, efforts to increase productivity need to be considered for the development of a home industry in order to face future challenges. The aim study is to determine how big the level of productivity at home tahu the industry and to illustrate the influence of anything that affects productivity at home tahu the industry in the district of Malang Regency Karangploso. Analyzer used in this research is using the formula productivity for tahu how far the highest and lowest productivity, using multiple regression analysis, t test and f as in this method is whether significant or not and compare whether variable X affect Y or vice versa no influence at all andthe last is to use analytical tools where the revenue on this method to compare between income gross and net revenue. This study is descriptive. Data collection techniques using interview techniques and questionnaires. Data obtained using the table, both the frequency and percentage. Based on data analysis, we concluded that the highest productivity F = 75,74031 of multiple regression analysis showed that the raw materials and labor influence the productivity of home industry tahu. Thus, productivity is affected by the materials and labor that will be produced out of home industry. This is because the two factors is very significant to tahu their own home industry productivity.
