Abstract
Vagrant beggars is a social problem that can not be viewed as a minor problem because in it contains problems that are complex and interrelated. Vagrant beggars involves structural and functional dimensions of the very basic, this group is considered a type of vulnerable communities. Problems vagrant beggars as well as a vulnerability characteristic of economic life, social structure, health and security protection. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The subjects consisted of three homeless people beggars who lived in Barracks Breadfruit Malang. Motivation vagrant beggars to beg in the streets again after receiving treatment from the Social Service due to family factors, environmental, and economic conditions. The economic factor plays the main cause of vagrant beggars back begging on the street again.
