Abstract

The use of bored pile foundations in high-rise buildings aims to withstand the forces acting on the upper structure of the building. Based on the analysis using STAAD.Pro V8i software, the largest axial load is obtained at column point B-7, which is 971,428 tons. The bored pile foundation is planned with a diameter of 0,6 m and a single pile bearing capacity of 197,585 tons, while the group pile capacity is 992,240 tons at a depth of 20 m. There are four types of pile caps planned: type 1 with dimensions of 3 m x 1,5 m x 1 m, type 2 measuring 4,5 m x 1,5 m x 1 m, type 3 measuring 4,5 m x 3,0 m x 1 m, and type 4 measuring 4,5 m x 3,0 m x 1 m. The selection of pile cap types is based on the largest axial load, with reinforcing bars D22 - 100 mm for pile cap reinforcement in the x and y directions, while D19 - 150 mm for shear reinforcement. Foundation pile reinforcement with dimensions of 60 cm uses 8D22, with spiral reinforcement D10 - 50 mm. The maximum settlement is 7,754 cm over a period of 50 years. Settlement in tall buildings must satisfy the equation S < 15+b/600, and it is found that 7,754 cm < 15,007 cm, thus meeting the requirements based on (SNI 8460-2017:178) for Geotechnical Engineering.
