Roxburgh area known as origin of art that has many artists Reog Reog, one of which is Warok. Warok known and considered the community as people who have good personal, being able to give guidance or instruction to others about the good life, with no strings attached. However, found the gap between the behavior shown Warok in a social environment that shows personality is always good and positive valued by society, with the results of initial interviews which showed that Warok doing things contrary to the norms prevailing in society. In one particular situation, the individual will behave different with the attitudes and habits, based on the idea of social (role) received by individuals from groups or communities. This study aims to determine trends Warok personality. Trends Warok personality is a pattern of behavior and ways of thinking typical in interpreting the experiences of his life to adjust to the environment. This research is qualitative. The researchers used three subjects, namely one person Warok Old (teacher of Warok) and two Warok Young (Warok still in the learning stage). Location of the research done at home each subject, precisely in the Village Sumoroto, District Kauman, Ponorogo. The research conducted in May to July 2006. Data collection techniques used were interviews and observation, which is equipped with a test of Graphics. Based on research results to the three research subjects, it can be concluded about trends Warok personality. Warok have a feeling insecure and unable in themselves due to physical strength and kekurangpuasan on his past bad behavior. This is causing anxiety and guilt that Warok trying to improve and modify their behavior by always doing good to others. Although Warok tend difficulty and hesitation in deciding anything, but they are always being optimistic, work hard to achieve something, believe in yourself and not easily influenced people. In addition, Warok tend dependent and difficult to adapt to become obstructed in touch with other people. As a result of pressure from the environment and the sensitivity Warok against criticism, then Warok attempted changes in their business relationships with other people, always helping others selflessly.
