Stress is a consequence of work related to the events surrounding the work environment, resulting in imbalance between the demands of work and inconvenience individuals both physically and workplace situations. This research is a descriptive with quantitative approach, and in this study using only one variable, ie job stress. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of stress faced by mobile merchants. The population of this study are all owners of the counter on Bursa Mobile Malang Plaza, amounting to 250 counter, and the sample in this study amounted to 47 people who were taken in the lottery. Method of data collection using a percentage. While the research instrument used is the scale that is by using a Likert scale. From the scale of research indicated that there was 55.32% which has a high stress level and 4.68% who have low stress levels. Based on the findings above indicate that many mobile phone vendors are experiencing high levels of stress in ketgori. Which means indicates that traders are not able to manage stress in a positive way that it faces.
