The performance of an employee is an individual thing, because every employee has a level of ability in doing different tasks. The management can measure the employees for their performance based on the performance of each employee. Performance is an act, not event. Action performance itself consists of many components and not an outcome that can be viewed on the spot. Basically the performance is something that is individualized, because each employee has different levels of ability in doing his job. The purpose of this study was to determine the organizational culture of Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Setia Budi Wanita Malang. To determine Employees Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Setia Budi Wanita Malang. To analyze the effect of organizational culture of innovation and risk-taking, attention to detail, outcome orientation, individual orientation, team orientation, aggressiveness, stability of Employee Performance of Cooperative Savings and Loans Women Setia Budi Malang. To find out where the most dominant influence on the Performance of Employees Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Setia Budi Wanita Malang. Figures R square 0,816; indicates that the contribution of the variables influence innovation and risk-taking, (X1), attention to detail (X2), results orientation (X3), the orientation of the individual (X4), team orientation (X5), aggressiveness (X6) stability (X7) of the Employee Performance Employee (Y) equal to 81.6%, while the rest (100% - 81.6% = 18.4%) indicates that the variable employee employee performance is influenced by other variables. From these results it was found that innovation and risk-taking variables (X1), attention to detail (X2), results orientation (X3), the orientation of the individual (X4), team orientation (X5), aggressiveness (X6) stability (X7) has a significant influence individually on the performance of employees. Based on the regression coefficients showed that the variable stability (X7), namely 0.829 is the most dominant influence on employee performance (Y) so the hypothesis of two proven.
