Abstract

The background of this research is the view that the existence of the dominant aspects of job stress can occur in nursing. In this case every aspect possible to be a major source of job stress. Job stress is a feeling of distress and fatigue experienced by employees for work performed not in accordance with the individual's ability. As for the aspects of job stress are work load, role ambiguity, career development, relationships with others, the structure and climate organization. The study was a descriptive research with quantitative approach. The population in this study were nurses Aisyiyah Islamic Hospital of Malang, amounting to 65 people. Previously been carried out at 50 Students tryout D3 Muhammadiyah University College of Nursing who is or has been working on street vendors (Keraj Practice Field). This tryout is used to determine validiatas and reliability, of the 40 items scale of job stress that there are 8 items scattered autumn. Reliability test results indicate the factors on each variable declared to have the status of a reliable or unreliable with r table 0.1843. Sampling using total sampling that is using the whole population there is to be sampled. Based on the analysis found that the percentage of some aspects of job stress, there is a sequence of the most dominant place on nurses, including the structure and 53.84%, organizational climate, relationships with others 52.30%, 50.77% work load, role ambiguity 50 , 77% and the lowest for the occurrence of work related stress is a aspect of career development 33.84%.
