Companies engaged in sports & Hospitality requires employees who have worked the optimal performance, performance like this requires the condition of optimal physical and psychological, physical and psychological condition in such circumstances requires the fulfillment of a need to create good motivation and integrity in the work so the company can achieve its objectives. Motivating and realize the integrity of employees in the achievement of corporate objectives is a task management. On that basis, the management must understand their duties to be effective and efficient in work, the study aims to describe the task of management in motivating and realize the integrity of the employee who furnished the following description of company objectives that accompany the problem. Performance has three critical aspects of motivation, ability, opportunity. Motivation is a form of encouragement or a fundamental reason that a person intends to do something. Motivating is the task of management in leading companies, ranging from the identification requirement until its fulfillment in addition to establish a conducive working environment so that employees could bring work behavior. Developing a leadership style that actively involve subordinates in the work process. As the leader of management can affect the morale, integrity built by improving employee morale at work. This research was conducted at PT. Golf Taman Dayu in Pandaan Pasuruan with research subjects, General Manager, HRD Manager, the Department Head and the employee in every department in the company. Collecting data in this study using interviews, observation and documentation. PT Golf Taman Dayu Manager in achieving the goals the company must carry out management duties as effectively and efficiently in work behavior, which is motivated by the fulfillment of needs, establish rapport, create a conducive working environment, involving employees in the work process. In addition it also served to create employee integrity by conducting activities that can stimulate good moral values to employees. Task Management for employees generally in the form of fulfilling the needs and behavior of managers that support the realization of self-motivation and integrity in working with basing employees at the company's mission and goals. Demotivation problems experienced by employees should be observed by management in order to promptly responded wisely to the creation of self-motivation and integrity in achieving corporate goals.
