Effective communication and employee loyalty, both are very important variables related to the organization or company. This is due both have relationships with important variables within an organization such as: motivation, turnover, employee morale, job satisfaction, productivity, commitment where it all will bring many benefits for the company. This research is supported by previous research both about the effectiveness of communication and employee loyalty. From these studies the researchers intend to determine the effect of communication effectiveness superiors to subordinates of employee loyalty. In addition, this study also aims to see how big the contribution of the communication effectiveness of employee loyalty. Loyalty is loyalty, love, obedience to the job and company employees, a sense of belonging, maintaining the good name of the company accompanied by a tremendous responsibility to the company where employees were working. While the effectiveness of communication is all about change and can cause an effect or effects and to influence one's attitude of what is communicated This study is quantitative, which is the whole employee population PT.JABABEKA INFRASTRUCTURE totaling 150 employees. With purposive sampling, obtained 60 research subjects. Data collection in this research is by using a scale of communication effectiveness and employee loyalty scale. While the data analysis technique used is regression analysis using SPSS for windows version 14.0. The first study aimed to obtain the scale items are valid and know the reliability of both scales. Results of the scale try out the effectiveness of communication obtained valid from 39 items 40 items are presented, while for the scale of employee loyalty than 40 items 36 items found valid. The results of this study indicate that a significant difference between the effectiveness of communication with employee loyalty. It can be seen from the value of F = 8.065, p = 0.006. . This means the higher the level of communication effectiveness, the higher the loyalty of employees that occurs, and vice versa. The effective contribution of the communication effectiveness of employee loyalty (r2 x 100) = 12.2%, while 87.8% are influenced by other factors not examined.
