Abstract

Watchfulness kind that done this watchfulness survey, with title “consumer satisfaction on service quality indomart (study at Podok Blimbing Indah Malang)”. this watchfulness aim is to detects consumer satisfaction indomaret on service quality indomaret (study at Podok Blimbing Indah Malang). Watchfulness use that is upon which that input for companies and upon which deliberation in determine wisdoms especially in the case of service quality so that can fulfil need or consumer willing. Based on customer satisfaction index calculation result (customer satisfaction indexs) that is with do comparison between performance that feeled (perceived performance) and hope (expectations) by consumer in selfservice indomaret (study at Podok Blimbing Indah Malang) so knowable satisfaction level from consumers that watchfulness sample. customer satisfaction index analysis result (customer satisfaction indexs) on service quality in selfservice indomaret (study at Podok Blimbing Indah Malang) so knowable that as much as 47 respondents declare very satisfied, as much as 6 respondents declares satisfied and 47 respondents declares not satisfied. Suggestion that can be submitted in this watchfulness that is supposed manager side selfservice indomaret (study at Podok Blimbing Indah Malang) to be more pay attention on service quality that given to consumers. real step that can be done that is supposed employees more pay attention all kind of request consumers at the (time) of expense process be be do. in order to for control on quality that given so supposed management side selfservice supposed to prepare suggestion box on service that give, will pass step so side selfservice can do control on service quality that be given to consumers.
